Daily Visits to Your Home - $20 Per Visit - Please call us or email us if you have more than 5 pets; pets with special needs or any extenuating circumstances.   NOTE: In case of inclement weather (bad storms, snow, ice, extreme cold), we WILL make extra visits to be sure your pets and your home are safe, at no charge (WITHIN REASON) - even if you have not paid for extra visits. That is our commitment to your pets, and to you. Also, should your home suffer some kind of damage due to storms or other natural disaster, we will make arrangements for your pets to be boarded, either in our home or at a kennel; we will get them veterinary care, if needed, and/or make sure they are taken care of in whatever way necessary. You will be responsible to settle any charges incurred with the boarding kennel, or the veterinarian, or with us, but we will do all we can to ensure your pets' safety. By signing your boarding or pet-sitting agreement, you are agreeing to the above. Also, we will make as many attempts as needed to alert you of the circumstances, so that you can give us specific instructions. PLEASE consider contacting your vet prior to traveling to let them know that we have your permission to take your pets to them should the need arise.

**When we do daily visits, we will bring in your mail & papers, clean litter boxes, water your plants, vary your lights, and take your garbage cans up to the house and/or down to the curb.

Over-night Pet-Sitting at Your House - $50 PER NIGHT - This covers the time from about 7 p.m. through 9 a.m. Most pets have no problem going the distance from when Pat leaves in the morning, and when she returns in the evening...(between 7-9 hours) but all pets are different. If your pet requires mid-afternoon potty breaks, we charge $20 per visit. We will also charge a $20 fee if you are leaving in the wee hours of the morning, and require an initial early visit on the first day...When you call Pat, she will go over everything with you, and then we will both come out to meet you and your pets to discuss the particulars; pick up keys, codes, etc. Remember: We do NOT do over-night stays during Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years, unless you have an emergency...or extenuating circumstances...so, if you do, please call us and we will do what we can to help you out.

Boarding in Our Home - If you have one pet, we charge $18 per dayIf you have two or more pets, we charge $17 per pet, pet day. We charge for any part of the day, and per pet. This means that you pay for the day you drop off  as well as the day you pick up, and every day in between, regardless of your drop-off or pick-up time. WE DO ALLOW you to pick up your pets until 9 p.m. at night, including Sundays, at no extra charge. This is not written in stone, so if your plane is delayed, or something, and you have to come after 9 p.m., JUST GIVE US A CALL.
WE DO NOT ALLOW DROP-OFF'S OR PICK-UP'S ON THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS DAY, OR NEW YEARS DAY. This is our family time, as it is yours...if, however, you have an emergency, we will accommodate you in whatever way we can - holiday or not!
The cut-off time for dropping off your dogs the day BEFORE one of these holidays is 4 p.m., unless you have made previous arrangements. We know there may be extenuating circumstances, so please just call us if you have some special needs, and we will try to accommodate you.
NOTE: Please remember that this is our home, and we run errands; take care of pets outside of our home; have things to do; people to see; places to go, etc., just like you do -
so, it is important that you get here when you say you will. If you say you will be here at 10:30 a.m., please don't just assume it's OK to come somewhere around noon (big smile). When you call and say you're on your way, please don't assume it's OK to just stop and have dinner, or go shopping...we are waiting for you - and someone's pets are waiting for us.
We schedule our outside pet-sitting visits around your drop-off and pick-up times...so, if you are 45 minutes late, then somewhere, a pet is crossing their legs. And, last, but not least, YOU MUST call before you come to drop off or pick up your dogs...and IF WE DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE - PLEASE DON'T JUST LEAVE A MESSAGE AND COME ANYWAY BECAUSE WE MAY NOT BE HOME! We might have had an emergency or had somewhere else to be outside of our control. You can always call Pat's cell phone at 678-333-3130 or Pam's cell phone, 770-634-4527. We really appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
FYI - We have not had any flea issues here in nearly 20 years because we diligently keep our pets and our yard treated. The only time we have seen fleas is when boarding pets have brought them here - so,please be sure your pet is on a flea preventative before bringing them to our home. We do have squirrels in our yard, and they carry fleas that your pet could pick up, unless protected. Also, remember that Sentinel does NOT kill fleas - it merely keeps flea eggs from hatching...so, while it will definitely loweryour flea population over time, your pet can still pick up fleas, and bring them into your home, or ours. And there are certain times of the year and certain weather conditions that can really get those little buggers moving...please check with your vet to see what is appropriate for your pet.
